About The Event

In response to global demands for corporate sustainability initiatives, appropriate evaluation and reporting (corporate reporting) are key to strengthening credibility among internal and external stakeholders and enhancing corporate value. In this workshop, we will explore practical approaches to sustainability and intangibles’ assessment and reporting, reflecting on the latest developments from theIFRS Foundation and the World Intangible Capital Initiative (WICI) .


Through lectures and interactive discussions, we will delve into how to integrate sustainability into corporate strategy, balancing the enhancement of corporate value with stakeholder accountability. This workshop is open to anyone interested in sustainability—students, professionals and researchers alike.

The Value Research Center was officially established at Doshisha University in Kyoto Japan in November 2021.
